Shipping and Handling Policy
Combined order, (biofeedback devices,
Hemi-sync CDs, Mind machines, tuning forks) must be shipped to one
address. Shipping and handling rates will apply to orders shipped to
more than one address.
All orders are shipped with insurance.
Generally orders are shipped within 48 hours.
If you request overnight express, etc. you will billed an additional $35 shipping cost. An item will not be shipped until the additional S&H charge is paid.
If you live in the US and are sending an order outside the US non-US resident shipping and handling is the difference between US shipping rate and $45. If you paid $10 S&H because you have a US address you will be charged $35 additional to have the order shipped outside the US. The additional cost must be paid before an item is shipped.
Orders shipped outside the US are shipped
Express Mail with insurance. The flat rate shipping charge is
$45 regardless of the country or the cost of the item.
The insurance only applied to loss while the package is in the US.
Once an order leaves the US no insurance applies. Any loss
after an item leaves the US is the loss of the purchaser not
new-mind.com nor Center for Relaxation.
Please be sure to include your exact address including postal code
and your phone number.
Buyer is responsible for customs fees in the country of delivery.
Additional fees may apply when an item reaches its destination.
All items are accurately declared on customs forms.
It is your responsibility to receive the
order.
If you order and will be away during the delivery time please make
arrangements with a friend or neighbor to retrieve your mail or have
the post office hold it.
If an item is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address
you will be responsible for additional shipping charges. Please
include your complete current address. For example, 100 Second
Avenue/Street/Road/Drive/Way, 100 Second is not a complete address.
