All items have a 30 day money back satisfaction guarantee.

Massagers has a $14 restocking fee if the tourmaline pad package is opened.

All items must be returned insured.  Send an email to maryann@new-mind.com before returning an item.  Include your name, date of purchase and what the item is.  An item must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

All items must be in re-salable condition.  If an item is damaged no refund will be issued.

If an item is missing from a return, i.e., owners manual, cord, etc. there is a $25 charge for each missing item.

CDs and Software will be exchanged for the exact same item.  No refund is issued for CDs or Software. 

Tuning Forks have a life-time guarantee and will be exchange for the exact same fork.  If a tuning forks shows signs of aggressive use no refund will be issued.  Aggressive use is damage that was obviously caused by not using an activator or misusing the fork - trying to open cans, hammering nails, smacking the fork on a rock to activate it, etc.

Ganzfeld and Ganzframe glasses have a one year warranty when purchase as a separate item.  You must provide proof purchase from new-mind.com or Center for Relaxation.  The Ganzfeld goggles and the Ganzframe glasses are covered under the manufacturer warranty when included in a mind machine package.

ThoughtStream biofeedback and Proteus mind machine package is ONE item.  The ThoughtStream AND the Proteus must be returned.  The above missing item fees apply to each item.

Only items purchased from new-mind are accepted for return. 

Refunds for returned items are provided to the original purchaser.  If an item is paid for by check or money order the refund will be via money order.  If an item is paid for via PayPal, a refund will be issued via PayPal to the exact same account it was purchased from.

Shipping and handing is NOT refundable.

All RV Pet sales are final.  No refund, no exchange.  All RV Pets are new and come in a sealed plastic bag.

Safety Information Hang Tag Information - This product meets all government safety regulations including: EN-71 and Toy Safety Standards ASTM F963. For children 3 years & up. Please remove all tags and accessories before giving this product to a small child.
